Park rules are as follows:
If your membership application is approved by the Friends of Nanih Waiya Community Park’s Board of Directors you agree to follow all park rules and be responsible for the supervision of your children and guests at all times when they are on park property. A second adult (for family and business memberships) will be included in this agreement by default. You further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Friends of Nanih Waiya Community Park’s Board of Directors, their officers, agents and employees, from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs, or expenses which are sustained, incurred, or required arising out of your/their use of the park and its facilities.
